Communications Reports

These reports summarize complaints that the mandate has received regarding violations of assembly and association rights across the world. They include allegation letters and other communications sent to governments regarding these complaints, the response received from the government, and the Special Rapporteur’s observations, if any. In this section, you can find the original communications reports (published by the UN once per year and containing communications to all Member States) and country pages which contain communications to specific to that Member State.
